My English competence in 2017 

I think that my best oral presentation was the TDR presentation because was a presentation that I’ve made alone and I had to complete like ten minutes talking about something I had been working during months and I think that this presentation was the video that I realize that my pronunciation have improve a lot since I’ve started seen TV series in English.

My best writing I think that are two: one my last year in the high school and the other Is there a soulmate for you?  I think that both are related because my last year in the high school express a part of my life that build who I am now my thoughts… the other one, Is there a soulmate for you express one of my thoughts about something concretely: love. I think I have a particular point of view about love but I also think that this is incredible the diversity of opinions is what make the world amazing and I think that the base of all opinion is in the school and the high school will mark who you are going to be for the rest of your life


My english progress from 2014-2017

During the last year of ESO we didn’t do as many blog as we have done during batxillerat so I can compare all the blog. My blog progress during batxillerat since first of batxillerat until now my blog had done a completely turn, I started the blog with posts like exams or shows on this posts I done the minimum to pass but over the time I make the blog part of my voice and is the only place in the high school where I really can express my opinion.

In respect of the language I think that I have progress because I acquired fluency in writings and I’ve learnt more vocabulary even so I have to improve a lot with them. About the presentations I haven’t found any video but I’m sure that I had improved my pronunciation because during this year I done something that help me to learn a lot of English and improve my pronunciation I have started seeing tv series in original version.

In all my posts I can see a personal development during these years especially in the topics that I choose to talk about it are topics more related with what is happening in the society because I’m really worried about it.

I am writting to complain about how "Franquisme" is still present in our society. Something that crushed the human rights of each citizien, they forbid the right of democratic participation, freedom of speech nationally among others. 

The problem is that the soul of this regime is alive in Spain and you, don't do anything to abolish it. Every year at november 22 there are people celebrating that they give support to the dictatorship.

I find unacceptable that in Spain there is the biggest mausolem dedictaed to a dictator. There were too many peolple who suffered with that regime. 

There are too many things to change in Spain, but first of all we have to progess and outpace that period that ruined what Spain had won during the republic.

THE LAST WEEK IN SECOND OF BATXILLERAT

Today is Sunday and this week have been a completely madness, we have had an exam per day and all the homework. We have a philosophy work that I consider that is completely unnecessary, because is only copy the book and do some exercises that you do as fast as you can without think, and you feel like a machine, this last week I feel like a machine, because we have to finish all the work to do the Selectivitat. I’m seeing that some teachers try to do in a week something that during the year we had done in a month, and I’m not learning we work faster but without learn, without think. So what is purpose of selectivitat: a competition between high schools or an exam to prepare us to the university? If is the second I think that to go to university is really important think and be critical something that now seems impossible.  
MOBILEPHONE: GOOD OR BAD?

Since the mobile phone invention our life have changed a lot,but the thing that have been more affected was the communication between us, in the good and in the bad way.
 In the bad way because sometimes we prefer talk by phone instead of to talk face to face or simply we lose a lot because we don’t rise our head of the screen, also there are people who suffer nomophobia something that affects their life because they can’t live without his mobile phone and in my point of view you can’t associate your life and your happiness with something material.
In the other way, the good way, mobile phone and the technologies allow us to have a better communication with people that we can’t see frequently and being constantly communicated help us to sense the other person nearly.

 WHAT I WANT TO DO NEXT YEAR?
We are finishing our last year of high school, PAU is really near and I don’t know what I’m going to do next year. I have two options:advertising and public relations and political sciences but between them I don’t know how to do because both conduct to political communication what I’m sure that I want to do. What I really know is that I want a job changing constantly because I hate the monotony.
Also something that always has attracted my attention was being teacher I think that I would be a good teacher because I’m not afraid of the changes and I think that education need enormous changes.

MARRIAGE AND FAMILIY EQUALITY


Each man, woman and partner could marriage with who they decide and could be a great father and mother if they feel themselves ready to take care of a baby.
It doesn't matter if they love someone of his own gender, the different gender of they decide to be single father. The child only need someone who love and take care of him.
Also if someone want to get marry he could do it with who they want it doesn't matter who is if both parts want that want to get marry and love the other person and no one has to judge that. 
Love always has to win and never has to be questioned if is true love.

Playing Politics with People's lives


NGO are saving thousands of lives in the Mediterranean, in Italy the politicians had attacked a lot to the NGO and had qualify them has a "taxi service", because they are constantly saving lives and carrying the people that they save to Sicily, in front of that NGO and others have been called to themselves before a Senate committee. 

Thins debate is damaging distractions from the real  changes facing Europe. NGOs are only protecting the most important right: right to life 

We have to work to safe these lives and change whatever is necessary to do it. 

PERSONAL OPINION

I can't believe that this issue could have a debate, protect people lives should never be questioned, is something basic from my point of view that if you see someone dying you will help him, so is is the same but with thousand of people. The politicians are seeing people dying every day in the Mediterranean and they don't to anything to save them, conversely, they are closing the borders and don't give them the opportunity to have a new life.

HUMAN RIGHTS

1. What are human rights? 

If someone asks you what are human rights, probably you will have to think because never we have thought about one definition. For me human rights are something essential for any society, and are the right that we have, because we are humans. According to the dictionary Human rights are the rights that you have simply because you are human. 
In my point of view humans rights are essential for every society are something basic. I think that the society has to progress to a moment that he won't have to fight for them. 

2. When and why were they created?
Human rights story starts in the Egyptian age, but officially they were created in 1945 by the united nations after the second world war because they wanted, literally, to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person.  


3. How many human rights are there?


There are 30 human rights

Article 1.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.


Article 2.
 Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Article 3.
 Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 4.
 No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Article 5. 

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 6.

Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Article 7.

All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Article 8.
 Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.


Article 9.
 No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Article 10.

Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

Article 11.

(1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.

(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

Article 12.

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 13.

(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.

(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

Article 14.

(1) Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.

(2) This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Article 15.

(1) Everyone has the right to a nationality.

(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

Article 16.

(1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.

(2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.

(3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

Article 17.

(1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.

(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Article 18.

Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

Article 19.

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Article 20.

(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.

(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.

Article 21.

(1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.

(2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.

(3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.

Article 22.

Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.

Article 23.

(1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.

(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.

(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.

(4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.

Article 24.

Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

Article 25.

(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.

(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Article 26.

(1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.

(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

Article 27.

(1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.

(2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.

Article 28.

Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.

Article 29.

(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.

(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.

(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Article 30.

Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein
4. Which human right are you going to dig deeper?
EDUCATION 
1. Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. I born in a family really related with the education, my aunt and my sister are teachers and I always wanted to be a teacher still two years ago. I think that education is the base of every society is in the education when we learn the things that convert us in the person that we finally are. If a society have a good education people there are more ready to front the future life in his country and other countries also people have more capacity of decision and realize if a government try to abolish his human rights.

BYE HIGH SCHOOL

My last year at the high school is finishing and I think that I have to stop a second and think about it, think about what I have learnt during this six years and I’m not talking about knowledge, I’m talking about all the experiences that I have learnt.

When I arrived at the high school I was a child, I was worried about simply things that now are insignificant. During these years I meet new people that now are really important to me and I became inseparable with people that were only simple friends. Also I learnt that the people come but also can go and this isn’t something bad because if happens means that had to be that.

During these years I laugh a lot but I also cried, I enjoy the classes and I bored them… But what I take of this experience is good at 99% every trip, every excursion, every firend… I think that in a time I will miss that…..

Venezuela: Ten people killed in Caracas looting incident


Three weeks ago started in Venezuela a revolution, started protests against the government of President Nicolas Maduro. They demand new presidential elections and are also calling for a release of politicians arrested since Maduro took office four years ago, leaders are calling for new presidential elections and the release of politicians arrested since Mr Maduro took office four years ago. They are seeing how his country is facing a serious economic crisis with a inflation expected to reach 700%.
These days have been days of violence, ten people have been killed in Caracas and the Police tried to regain control of situation in a heavy form.
Even thought, the opposite is fighting for his rights and are demanding to the poblation revolution because they are really thinking on his cause.




I can’t believe how all the countries that say themselves developed countries are seeing what is happening in Venezuela and don’t do anything. There the people are fighting for a democracy something that would have to be liability in around the world, any person can live in a dictatorship that minimise they rights.

MY LONDON TRIP 2

Last December I went to London with my family to visit my cousin who was living there. A week ago I went again to London, this time with the high school. Were to trips really different the first was more like London life we didn’t enter in any museum and the second was more educational we went to three museums which I think that were really interesting, also we visit the entire city of London in four days, so we finished all the days tied. The problem that I find at the second travel is that we were a group, and I want to take advantage of the day and I’m never tied of visit a city and a country but there were so many people who were tied after dinner and we can’t visit to much London at night. What I Loved of the last trip was visit London with my friends and I enjoyed a lot.

Is there a soulmate for you?


 A soulmate could be something really different to each person, so I think that I can’t close my mind in my own perception.  According to the different dictionaries, a soul mate is a person with whom one has a strong affinity, shared values and tastes, and often a romantic bond, also is someone whom you have an immediate connection the moment you meet.

From this point I want define what is for me a soulmate, and answer if is there a soul mate for me or for anyone.

First of all I don’t think that a soulmate is a partner, someone which you have a romantic relationship for me a soulmate could be a friend, is someone who “complete” you. A soulmate is a person who can be your opposite, but together you are unstoppable maybe anyone understand your relationship but you do and you are happy, so is enough!

Unfortunately I think that you don’t know that someone is your soulmate until you lose it, because you realise that you will never find someone like him, you will never have a the same relationship with anyone. The relation between soulmates doesn’t have to be forever, can be broken.

From my point of view, a soulmate doesn’t have to be your life partner, even thought is a romantic relationship, because I think that a life partner doesn’t have to be a soulmate. For me a life-partner is someone which you have sons, a house, you share part of your life together but maybe isn’t your better half, you love him for your memories and adventures together and because you feel comfortable by his side.

All of that is what a soulmate is for me, because I think that is something to much important to define with a line. So now I’m ready to say if is there a soulmate for me.
 On one hand I want to think that there is a soulmate for me, because I think that the feeling  has to be amazing, maybe I have found but I have not noticed yet or maybe is someone whom I don’t have any relation...
But in the other hand found my soulmate scars me for the lost, I think that lose a soulmate is lose something really important, but maybe is the price that we have to paid to find something amazing as a soulmate.

I think that everyone has a soulmate, a love or a friend, but in a place of this world it has to be someone who can complete us, someone who can solve our defects but also accept them. The only thing that we have to do is found it, obviously is a difficult task but I think that we only have let the life pass and when our soulmate appears try to realise what does it means, what he or she means for us before lost it.

Jenni Chang and Lisa Dazols: This is what LGBT life is like around the world


Jenni and Lisa are couple who have travelled around the world finding people who they denominated as “supergays”, LGTB people who were doing something extraordinary in the world.

His first destination was Nepal; there they knew Bhumika Shrestha a transsexual woman, who never occults what she really is. After Nepal they went to India where they met the prince Manvendre, the first prince in the world who has recognised be gay. The next destination was eastern Africa: in Kenya, the 89% of LGTB people are refused by his own families, they met David Kuria he was the first gay politic candidate in Kenya but for that we received death threats. Then the couple went to Argentina there they met María Rachid an important woman of LGTB in rights in her country. The final destination was China, Jenni´s country; there they talked with a lesbian group.


When they finished his trip they has filmed 120 hours of video for the film that they would make, they has travelled into 15 countries and they equality and respect aren’t an occidental invent, and that love has always win.
